International or Detroit straight-6?  Looks like the ones we used to have in the Air Force, they really sucked down the diesel and took about 15ish seconds at full throttle to get to 45 mph.  Some engine mods may be in order... 

International Navistar V8.  It is an old Air Force truck.  Being an Air Force truck it has the requisite power steering, power brakes, automatic transmission, AC, AM/FM cassette and it is extremely well maintained compared to the Army and Navy vehicles I have seen.
