Danmit! Haven't had the bike 1 week yet... So I swung my leg over this morning but I must have been a little stiff. Caught the rear blinker on the way and broke it off.  :-[

Just a heads up to new Monster owners! There's not a whole lot of material there. Nothing a little black duct tape can't fix, though.

The good news is that you can pick up a 2nd hand replacement real cheap.  Lots of folks replace the stock bug eyes, so there's a plentiful cheap supply on ebay or our parts for sale section
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

that is a common problem on the 696....no worries...

Oh yeah.. you've got one of those new fangled Monsters... ok so there might not be the glut of OEM blinkers out there yet... well perfect excuse to begin modding...

Must be a disease this week. I noticed i broke the right hand stalk on my ST. Nothing a little black electrical tape couldn't fix.
