after reading this review, what do you think they are talking about?

"It's now 3 days later and its  is still not 8 inches, it's 5. We did what the directions said to do, but it's not getting any bigger. It is very comfortable though and we sleep through the night. We fall asleep easily without tossing and turning. Our dogs love it too. "
