Actually, I got kinda bored.  I showed up at about 7:00 and doors didn't open until 7:30. Then everyone was just kinda crowding into the dealership to look at nothing.  A bunch of people just went straight the "stage" and stood around for an hour until Nicky Hayden came out. They didn't talk about anything meaningful though. Hayden's general answer to anything about racing was "the Ducati is a really fast bike and goes really fast in a straight line." 

The silent auction didn't go super well. I think the helmets got the most bids (about 6 each). Everything else only got 1 or 2 bids.  A couple items from the Bozstrom (sp?) brothers didn't even get bids. I think they were signed polo shirts. 

The fashion show was kinda dead too. It was at the very end and a lotta people left after Nicky was done doing signatures. There was no applause for any of the models but they looked great.
