I think it would be very difficult to make a spoked wheel for a ducati single sided swing arm, because the wheels have to have a positive offset to make room for the bearings and brake. 



im not saying it could not be done, but in order to make it strong i do not think it would be very pretty (or light).

I've never seen it done on a Ducati, but here is a Moto Guzzi with a SSS and a spoked wheel.
