I don't think so, you need 50mm.

Yes they will, as any and every GSXR made in the past decade had used 50mm clip ons.  But more importantly what's the length of the handlebars (are they long enough?) that you need a tape measure for and an idea of where you want to go...

Thankfully 50mm is the most common size and very easy to find.

They'll fit around the forks just fine...but will they clear the headlight brackets, is the real question.  Probably won't be an issue, but something to consider.

Also, seller is asking $80 for the pair.  IMO, $100 for Apex clip-ons from Monster Parts is a better deal (http://www.monsterparts.com/pc/APEX1/Bars-Mirrors/APEX1.html).  Brand new, guaranteed to fit and Jeff is just a great guy to work with.

Do a search these clipons (07 08 forks are 53mm) will not fit! The 07 08 forks are 53mm.
