We want to pin a "rides" thread at the top of the northwest section in the local groups. How is this done?

You need superpowers, which would require you to be a local mod.  Or you can ask someone who has superpowers -- a flounder or global mod (they show up in Blue).
Occasionally AFM #702  My stuff:  The M1000SS, a mashed r6, Vino 125, the Blonde, some rugrats, yuppie cage, child molester van, bourbon.
