Yes, yes I am. However I fear I am not 'cool' enough to call it 'the couv', plus that sounds kinda, well, dumb actually. I just call it Vancouver. My wife and I actually plan on moving northeast about 20 minutes to the Hockinson area. Building my own house on thirty acres sounds pretty good to me.
