i was referring to uncle granpa nate's super cool avatar.  that avatar got me banned on TOB for a week, even though I had it up for a few months before.

(edit:  my uncle is nate)
you're such a bad ass.

Dolph, you must be hyper-active.  You did about 5 posts in a row followed up by another round.  To answer your question, that is the MH900e.  MH of course stands for Mike Hailwood.  This bike was sold only on the internet and was the pre-runner to the current Sport Classics.  It came out around 2000.  http://www.ducati.com/bikes/mh900.jhtml
Travman, I grew up in the '60s and a lot of these bikes really take me back to some great old memories.

You know, the " good old days " thing.

I can't help so many nice bikes , one right after another . Gets the adrenaline flowing . Especially since I haven't got to ride since around mid November.

I guess the sad thing about the Mike Hailwood bike  (MH900e) was it was a beautiful bike plagued w, lots of running issues.      Dolph      :)

Oh lord...

My 1972 R5 ran today.

(Backstory: I bought a `72 R5 off of craigslist. On my 3rd ride on it the #1 crank rod bearing froze while doing about 65mph on a nice long sweeper. Sweet, right? Locked the wheel up and held my ass tight, and saved it, well the engine was a diferent story. The piston broke in half at the pin. Lots of bad things inside the engine...)

So after collecting parts, rebuilding the bottom end, getting the top end bored out, new pistons, etc. etc.,

it is done. It kicked over on the first try today.

Now the real fun can begin on this thing...

Sorry to bring back an old thread, but I thought this one was worth it.  By Firestarter Garage:

don`t be sorry to bring it back up with this bike, I love the proportions.  [thumbsup]

Saw this on Jockey Journal. I think some might have seen it at Daytona this year?

Looks pretty cool. Built for Fender by Sucker Punch
