"Breaking Bad" is a really good show

Someone turned me on to it, and I have been watching it pretty much continuously over the last day or so.
I don't want to give away too much, but the central character (played by, Bryan Cranston AKA Malcolm's dad in Malcolm in the Middle) is a chemistry teacher who has a string of shit luck.  He does what any rational person would do in his situation and starts cooking methamphetamines for money.   Turns out meth attracts a certain element.  Pretty much writes itself.
Anyways, it is a good show, and season 1 is out on DVD now.  Enjoy...

I've been watching this show since the beginning. Its awesome. Watching on dvd is the best way no commericials or episode breaks, so its like watching a movie.

I have just started to get into a lot of shows I used to ignore, Breaking bad, Deadwood (seen the all 3 series, just never in the right sequence!) True Blood, and many more.

I used to watch a 30 second advert for a new TV show and judge it on that alone, now I have learnt, give it an episode or 2 and I have now started going back and getting into a lot shows I used to give the cold shoulder to.

I only found out about Breaking Bad because some TV reviewer on NPR couldn't stop raving about it.

Damn it's good.

It's the funniest drama about a terminally ill, meth cooking, suburban chem teacher EVAH.
