TITANIUM MEAT PUPPET

« on: March 28, 2009, 07:10:03 AM »

i just bought a full arrow system for my s2r & have been thinking of getting the headers & connector pipes coated. i checked out  the jet hot site & see there is a place near me in waterbury, ct called beckers powder house. has anyone dealt with them? or has anyone had a jet hot dealer do a header coating? any input on this would be appreciated.

thanks in advance

I know that bryant8 on our DFWM board had Jet Hot ceramic coat the exhaust system on his 620 (now gone and replaced w/848) and had really nice things to say about them. Don't know which Jet Hot facility he sent them to but I saw them on the bike and they looked great. Shoot him a PM for the details, it's been a couple of years so I can't remember it all and all the related posts would be on the old board. He gave them a big thumbs up. I seriuosly considered having the 57mm full Termi system on my 999 done but got sidetracked.

fastwin,

thanks. i remember hearing good things here & on the old dml about jet hot. i guess i thought is was one place of business, not a franchise. i just went to the beckers powder house site & it looks to be a big business. i'm going to contact them monday for pricing.

Jet Hot did my ExBox and headers.  Great job, easy to work with.  Highly recommended.  waytogo

I used them awhile back for my cat/header pipe.  Excellent service and fast turn around time.  They were very easy to deal with and did a great job.
