that's a pretty large surfboard...

i'm pretty sure the pink thing on his backrest is a rolled up sail and mast for his windsurfer

at least he's wearing a helmet... other than that

Down in San Diego a couple of weeks ago, I saw someone riding with a crutch strapped crosswise to the back of his bike.

Now I know that's nowhere as wide as that surfboard, but the idiot was trying to split lanes.
