A spare liver?  Generally at the hospital/blood bank.  Though the Miami or Los Angeles black market might be a good place to start looking.

I can appreciate how Mr. Lovell didn't act until he was threatened personally.  If I was in the same situation I would have probably reacted differently and maybe a bit prematurely.  Good on you Mr. Lovell.
