I did two races....
1st race - Got cut off by a 14 year old girl in turn 7 of the first lap.... launched into the grass.... saved it... got back onto the track...lost like 30 seconds... came in about 25th of 29...
2nd race - First lap... watched another guy get cut off in turn 7... launch his bike in thr grass and high side it... ouch.... lap 7... passed by Dustin.... he is flying... I try to catch him take two too wide and try to save it in three.... again.. into the grass at top speed.... photographer is standing in the middle of the turn run off... he shouldn't be there... he is taking pictures of bugs or something... isn't looking... I am flying at him at mach 12.... I miss him by 2 feet... tops... he glances up and I see the terror in his eyes... I save it.... about to get back on... corner worker tells me to kill it... unsafe spot to re-enter track... day is over....
2 races... twice off track... I am a racer now... but I still need a lot of work. Novice.... newbie... call it what you will... at least I kept the rubber side down.
