Banus's 696

« on: April 15, 2009, 03:52:13 AM »

Hi all,
Well we get our fair share of rain in the UK and I'm currently trying to find a fender extender for the front fender to try and keep as much road debris off the engine and electrics as I can.
At the moment no one including Ducati make one to fit the 696. I'ts been suggested that an extender off another Ducati model might fit?
So, has anyone fitted an extender to a 696 or have any ideas what might fit? Roll Eyes

No idea if there is such a thing but your bike was made to be ridden in all types of weather. I wouldn't worry about it if I was you.

I got this for my S2R - they don't list any for the 696, but they have a huge range - maybe one will fit?

It would probably help against dirt getting sprayed on a hot engine, but it's so ugly I couldn't attach it to my bike Roll Eyes
