Because of my policy, which was all I could afford, my insurance company is not obligated to do anything. I think it's because I don't have collision. So I need to contact the other party's insurance company. Or, if my injuries and those to the bike are not that bad, I may contemplate just settling with the guy as it will be cheaper for all involved. Sucks, but I just want to get the bike on the road.
