Get some video of your form, or pictures. What you think you're doing will probably be totally different to what you're actually doing.

No doubt.  While at the track and on a ride last weekend, I felt like I was near touch down and that my knee was way out.   Seeing photos from the track and video from the ride, this was sometimes true, but more often than not I had a long way to go.  My form was not consistent and I was often dragging my shift lever because I was leaning the bike too much.

i have some pics, but they are all really crossed up. the good ones are from a million miles away when i wasnt looking at the camera! ill try to get some better ones this weekend if it doenst rain.

I bought the Total Control book over the winter and my form still sucks. I suppose I should read it this summer. Wink

You could strap it to your knee - might help  Wink Wink
