Best way to clean up tail chop?

All I had at the moment was a circular saw, bought a carbon/diamond blade, not so neat. I was thinking of a pipe cutter that I could spin around the frame. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't use the pipe cutter.  That's how I did my tailchop and the little rollers opposite the cutting wheel f'ed up the paint (even with just enough clamping pressure to get it to cut).  Power tools?    Hacksaw and a file...
