My buddy, Dave and I have been rebuilding our boat for a while now, and one of the things that we definitely need is about 20" of 4" marine exhaust hose. For those who don't know, marine equipment is like Ducati equipment, stick the word "marine" or "Ducati" in front of it, and you can charge ten times what it would cost otherwise. Anyway, this is outrageously expensive hose, and runs between $16-20 a foot, and we need about 25 feet of it, or $4-500 worth.
Driving past a Boaters World store today, and saw they were going out of business, and stopped in, and there, in the back of the store, are 3 ten foot sticks of exactly the right exhaust hose. Snagged all thirty feet for $60.06 with tax!
