Hello mostro's

Maybe you can help me or find someone to help me....

I am a Ducati fanatic from the Netherlands and also a member of the largest Ducati club in Europe (the DCN, Ducati Club Netherlands)

I have a S4RS (2008) and I want to buy a new exhaust: a Termignoni.

But I have a problem... My S4RS have a short tail and I want to have the Termi 96448606BC slipons, but these are too long...

When I want to have the lowest slipons 96025704B, the are only for the S4R before 2006 or the S2R800/1000...

The shorty Termi 96116707B is not my thing...

Please read my questions:

1. Is it possible to make the Termi 96448606BC slipons shorter, so they are nog longer than my shorter tail ?
2. Is it possible to fit (or make it fit) the lower termi 96025704B for my S4RS 2008 model ?

I hope that you can advise me, and sorry for my bad language...I tried my best...

Kindful regards from the Netherlands

Rob

Rob

Welcome to the site.

1.  It is possible to do this and I think there are a couple of threads here or on the old board where it was described.  Essentially it's carefully using a Dremel or other saw with the appropriate blade to cut through the carbon/metal and then riveting the cap back on.  I'd bet there is a shop in the Netherlands that will do this since I've seen some very nice and heavily modded bikes posted from your country.

2.  I'm not sure because I don't know the pipe diameters.

Cheers
