left side tipover - leaking gas

I sometimes put a little WD40 on tight lines. Otherwise, using a flat blade screw driver and putting the side of the head against the nipple and using the screw driver to kind of pull the hose back, alternating sides your pulling on to get it off evenly. This can kind of chew up old hoses though.

well tank is off to Nick/Speeddog's more than capable hands.

my bike looks sad with the tank and seat off of it.  That said, the seat is off getting re-upholstered.  Pics when it returns.  Decided not to do the oil breather tank removal.

DO IITTTTT. The rear shock looks so awesome without that big turd there.

with the jury still out on the benefits/impacts of removing the breather tank, I'm leaving it for now.
