Exhaust innard supplies
«

I want to fully core some stock cans and replace the guts with a perforated steel tube wrapped with fiberglass batting. Anyone know of a source for both of these items? Finding the steel tubing seems difficult. Thanks!

Never used them but am thinking about ordering stuff for an exhaust project... If anyone has first hand experience dealing with these guys I would love to know.

I wonder if there is a supplier on this side of the pond?
I have found
http://www.carbonfibertubeshop.com/large%20tubing.html
which will work for the outside but all of the internal stuff and inlet pipes would be great. Anyone know where you can buy stuff like this?

For the fiberglass packing, I've found this at about every motorcycle store. It's made for two and four stroke and about $10 a pack.
The tubing, my brother found a sheet of perforated metal and just cut it, rolled it and welded it in a few spots.

That's a pretty sweet deal, no cutting or anything.
