come on you DC'rs my friends leave texas in a week and still no hard plans.  some of you have to be free!!!  lets all get together and have some hooligan fun!!  we are willing to travel to you, so come on!!!

okay this will be my last plee to get you guys to comit to something, anything at all.  we are willing to travel to the DC area and hook up for lunch and then hang out and see some stuff. so again If anyone is free on Saturday and wants to hang out and show us around the DC area we will gladly be coming down.  If not we will just go riding around DC and check out some sights and find a local bar, pub, or whatever you want to call it and hang out.  so I know Ducatista is free in the afternoon, but we need something until then.  So help out some fellow duc riders and show the love!!

I should be able to have a more formal response for you Monday evening...just been slammed at work due to being shorthanded...I have been doing 2 or 3 peoples jobs depending on the day of the week...

I think you meant Ian (yuu) with his knee.  I do like the personal touch of calling us out individually.  I'll likely come hang out at some point, but can't commit and tend to ride past without stopping.    at Asylum or Zooom's place would work for me.

I can most likely hang out / grab some lunch / etc. Saturday afternoon. Motorcycle parking in front of Asylum and lots of places with patios around. Does Asylum have any outdoor seating? (assuming it's not raining of course).

I am up for it. I live only about 10 blocks away from Asylum. So, which day exactly and what time? I post here from time to time but have not met most people in this board. It will be a good chance to meet those who come.

If the date and time is determined, i would suggest starting a new tread that reads something like "DUCATI MEET in ASYLUM" in CAPS. That will grab people's attention. I check this board every day but had never noticed the tread. Also, if somebody is going to Wednesdays meeting at Rhodeside Grill, let everyone there know.

If you zoom in the sat. view you'll see a triangle of painted lines - that's right next to the mcy parking.

Basically you're looking for the intersection of 18th and Columbia Road in Adams Morgan. If you're coming up 18th St it'll be on your right.

(and if you're new to DC, be aware the city is divided into quadrants. You want 18th St. 'NorthWest', so if you're GPSing it, double check that)
