my sprocket looks great. they arent hooking, or starting to get sharp. wear looks uniform. and im on 11k right now. The stock chain IS a DID chain though..... were they not before?

No, I think mine is a DID OEM as well.  But DID makes many different chains and I don't think the Ducati OEM one is all that great.  People seem to be able to get more mileage out of the replacement chains they put on after the OEM wears out.
