Rizoma bars - end plug

Just got Rizoma tapered bars for Monster S4R.

The ends have hard plugs inserted.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to remove them, so I can fit bar-ends??

they are just stuck in the end...you could use a flat screwdriver to get it started, and then grab it with some pliers
