Iowa, Joel...LOADS of land for your homeless animal shelter AND I could pretty much 99% guarantee you a job here.


Andthe flying leap onto the back attack is one that Kitteh needs to practice...of course, it would help if Kitteh wasn't outweighed by 15 lbs...

lots of space for an animal farm.

Without knowing what the interior looks like, 137k for a house that size on that much land seems like a good deal to me...
