I think that is one of my favorite monsters ever.  Nice choice.  Nice bike!

Congrats and good choice.  I don't think you'll regret the choice!

Congrats Man!  Good luck with here. Treat her like the exotic lady she is and she'll return the favor.  I got the same bike, same price in March.  I couldn't believe it was sitting the the showroom for 2 years either.  Best color combo ever.  Just a heads up though, my tank is expanding already. So keep an eye on it.  Your under regular warranty for 2 years so it's a lot easier to get taken care of.  Stupid corn gas.  Here's a pic of mine:

Very good choice!  I have the same, bought in early 2007 and got ripped off on the price...but I wanted it in that color scheme...14,000.  Would rather put the money up, rather than regretting it later!   waytogo

Good choice! Now start modding it!

I was faced with the same choice a couple months ago and went with a beautiful blue S4R with 1400! mi. I can't believe that it sat in someone's garage for 3 years! before being traded at the dealer! It's practically a new bike and a freakin rocket. I love it more than any bike i owned.
