i had a great weekend! took my dad golfing and shot my best round ever! then spent the rest of the day getting my bike back together. life is good.

That's very cool. I went to a driving range for the first time ever (I'm 34) and it was pretty funny. I'm awful. My wife said she'd leave me if I picked up one more hobby, especially if it were golf. I think golf just isn't in the cards for me in this lifetime.

I haven't played in almost 2 years and haven't considered it since moving to California.  I figure I can either spend $50-100 and 4-5 hours playing 18 holes and come home frustrated and pissed off, or put $8 gas in my tank and go for a ride in the hills for 90 minutes and come back invigorated.
