I guess it depends on what part you need. I just bought a brake lever from an S4. Exact same part as the one on my 620.

S4 has a Dual Sided Swingarm which means same rearsets/footpegs as all the DSS bikes the S*R Single Sided Swingarm bikes are where the difference is...different rearsets and pegs...

ROD...just get a Woodcraft fixed peg and drill a hole and screw da beeeyotch on!...or if you got one and want me to do it, feel free to come on over and I'll help you out no problem!

If you need help understanding how the footpegs dis-assemble, re-assemble let me know I have done it multiple times both front and rear, which, as Yuu said, are a little different. - Gene

Rod, you just need the peg itself or the whole assembly?   it's now on my basement coffee table.

Nice guess.

I was running 1:55 and feeling pretty good. Came into turn 1 fine then lost the rear just as it becomes turn 2. I was dragging the peg and it lifted my rear just enough to lose traction. I'm hoping if I get rid some adjustable rearsets that are bit more aggressively positioned than the stock ones it will help fix that problem. I think I also need to get my ass off the bike more so that I don't have to lean the bike as far.

Not a scratch or a bruise on me though. I also had just installed frame sliders (with some telephone assistance from zooom), so the peg was the only real damage.

Geaux only had the passenger peg, which i already determined does not fit. Bun-Bun is sending me a peg from a DSS, so we'll see if it fits my SSS. Thanks guys

If I might make a suggestion, if you are running that fast in the north course, on stock suspension and ride height, you do not (imho) need higher or more rearset pegs; you need better suspension, less sag, and more rear ride height.   I lowered the pegs and moved them forward from stock location on my S4Rs and I don't drag anything at Summit main (haven't ridden it at VIR) and that's at my all-time heaviest weight, and moving right along.  But my S4Rs suspension is set up for an aggressive 200# rider, and I *do* get off the bike when necessary.

I honestly think a combination of body positioning and suspension adjustment is probably more necessary (and will lead to more comfort) than higher, more rearset pegs.

YMMV, of course.

Thanks for all the info guys. I forgot to check back here after I sent bun-bun the PM. I will PM Statler about the peg. I went ahead and ordered the Rizoma adjustable rearsets but I won't have a chance to put them on for a while so I'll use the Statler's stocker till I get around to it.

Suspension is definitely next on my list. Donnie raised it and tightened it as much as he could using the stock adjustable suspension, but now it still sags about 2 inches when I put my butt on it. I've been told 1 inch is what you want. I'm gonna have donnie beef up the front and rear suspension when I take her in for the 12k (hopefully near the end of the summer).

That's quite a series of pics of you going down.   (f and s just put up sunday's pics).

certainly makes it easier to learn from.   Nice he was shooting that corner at the time.

I just looked at them.  I hate to see people crash, but it did make for some interesting pictures.  Looks like you were going to end up in his lap, but you were back on your feet quick.
