Houston to Austin route?

I know this section of the forums is kinda slow but thought I'd give it a shot anwyay..

Anyone know a nice route to take from Houston to Austin? I don't need anything extreme. A nice scenic and semi-twisty/twisty route is all I ask. I'm traveling in a small group of less than 5 bikes with mixed skill levels. One person will be on a Harley Nightster.
I wouldn't classify myself as a kneedragger either.

If you can make it to Fayettville then you can follow this

159 to 2981 to Post Oak Rd to 153 into Smithville, 2571 to 304, Left on 71 then Right on 969 all the way into Austin.
Should keep you off the Hwy and give you a few turns, you can probally run this whole route at 100+ and not get a knee down so you will be safe.
