And I discover the front left screw (chain side) is stripped out.  I'm not sure if it's the threads of the boss it's screwed into broke loose, but I've never touched that  screw before.  So.. no go on removal.

Is the screw stripped or is the threaded insert spinning?

Sometimes prying up while turning will allow you to remove the screw.

It looks like the insert broke loose.  Prying up on it doesn't help.

I can't actually see the insert, the plastic from the hugger covers it.  I'm taking it in to DucSea tomorrow... Sad
