I'm undecided on this one. As a big time breastfeeding advocate and aspiring midwife, I can see the appeal here. I get heated when someone says they are uncomfortable with women breastfeeding in public, or that breastfeeding is sexual and "gross" (BTW breastmilk isn't gross, if you really think about it, cow's milk is much more gross)

On the other hand, kids don't need a special doll to imitate mama nursing, they do it themselves with regular dolls.

Then don't buy this doll for your son. 

My son turned 24 last month. Buying him any doll would be grounds for a serious, call the cops , knock down, drag out pregnant dogslapping fight.
