For anyone that might have installed the Termi slipon kit themselves, what's involved in the ECU setup? I haven't been able to figure out how involved a DIY is for it. I've some DIY on carbureted bikes but this is my first injected bike. Is the DP ECU already set up for the new mufflers and air filter? Or do have to have the dealer do some programming on it?

lots of info on this one here.

i don't have this bike, but from the others, the kit is a DIY all the way up to the throttle position sensor which you need to take to a shop to reset. nothing else to do but bolt on.

+1

Did this myself. Pretty easy to do, but you will need to take the bike to the dealer afterwards to get the TPS reset.
