2009 Monster 696 - relocate 'black box'

I removed the emission control canister today along with the plastic cover on the left side and the center screen.  I want to remove the plastic cover on right side but there is a finned aluminum device (voltage rectifier?) with lots of wires that attach to the plastic cover.  Any good thoughts on where to relocate and attached this device?

  It is a beautiful engine and the lower cylinder would look so much better fully exposed.

I bolted it where the horn was mounted (I used a few washers as a spacer). I then bolted the horn somewhere elseâ€"shared a mount with something else nearby IIRC.

Really the best free mod you can do.

yeah people have pretty much used the horn mount. a search for the 696 modification thread will show some ideas.
