much fun on all accounts!
think i need a sleep doctor or something for the night before track days...
got hot and windy in the afternoon (at willow?  what?!) but was a totally tolerable day.
went faster in several places, mostly thanks to ben spies.
woops, got up close and personal with the alligator strips in the skidpad.  that fukin' place.  i've lost the front there before and managed to save it... this time was front, then back.  i guess my preferred lean angle and that ghetto surface don't get along.
JC: i remembered later that i had also just filled up my tank....
ah well, this is precisely why i have a japanese bike =).  replace 1 $15 clip-on tube and all's well.
caliphoto got some really good pics.  and if i can ever find my stupid card reader i think i got some great video of joey.

thanks guys!   :D

Just curious...when you run bikes at Streets, do you loop into the skid pad, or take the short chute and bypass the pad into the straight?

...but for all track days/ clubs we've been, it's loop onto the scare-pad.

CSS, the school, runs the tight chute.
There's a fine line between clever and stupid.

i've never seen a track day org use 12-13-14, only CSS.  afaik all track days = alligator pad.
