Valve adjust, setting closers to 0 OK?

As stated above, you need to keep both the opener rockers slid off the shim stack,
(valve stem) and the cam should spin freely. Just don't axe me why this is so - I hadn't thought about it - I was just so happy to discover that. You can then detect the slightest binding, and rotating the shim can make a difference if it's not flat.
