Where in the general City of The Angels can a guy and his Italian bike go to hang out with other like minded souls for food and drink (non-alchy)?

Tonight, Santa Monica, Rick's. They should be starting in about 15 minutes (6:30pm) and will be there until at least around 8:00 when they head to The Other Room.
2911 main street, santa monica, ca

It's a bar and some will be drinking but there is food, bikes, lots of foot traffic and much of foot traffic is easy on the eyes.

Good idea.  I live in Hollywood, but work in Montebello.  Getting all the way over to Santa Monica after getting off work at 5 or 6 o'clock just doesn't work for me.

I'm thinkin' "What's a good place to do this?"

Hollywood is a lot easier for me than La Monica.  Even with traffic on the 5, I'm at the Vine exit of the 170 in 30 from Santa Clarita.

Pick a spot, let a few others know and lets get something started in H'wood. 
How about Fred's 62 on Vermont near Franklin?  Couple of times I've been there, I've seen bikes parked around.  Some street parking.   
Apple Pan across the street too..they have a parking lot, I think.

Are Wannaducati owners welcome to tag along? A deal fell through on a M800 I was going to buy, ended up getting a good deal on an 86 Yamaha Radian. I'll have a Duc someday, but my funds won't allow it at present.

I work in Hollywood AND live in whittier... I dont mind the ride home from SaMo to Whittier.. !

Unfortunately my budget is quite petit at present, and I'm commited on this Yamaha. Been checking Craigslist daily, but nothing I can afford. I'm just really anxious to get out riding. When I sell my Torino I'll start looking for a monster again.
