One 30ish, single, gainfully employed, quiet, clean, semi good cook, military (well the Chair Force) veteran, needs a room.

sorry, with the addition of the two little men i'm no longer a westsider... i believe 3 just-out-of-college kids now inhabit the blue house.  besides, that back house is an electrical disaster waiting to happen. 

good luck with the search!  i'm sure you know about westsiderentals... they often have a lot of room inventory.
