Winter Storage choices

Getting close to the tme I'll need to store the Duc but I'll ride to the bitter end.
Once salt goes all the roads I'm done, probably mid-late Nov to end of March-ish.

My choices, two garages:
1)  Partially below grade attached, never freezes, shared with salt covered cages, melting snow slush
and all that salt

2) Unheated cold garage (with electricity) but no salt, added moisture, insulated & cement floor.

The attached garage will allow me to see, caress and be tormented by my Duc.

I'll keep it covered (sheet), battery tender, I keept  the garage swept pretty clean but it's a battle.

fog the motor...

change the oil and filter...don't start...

spray everything except the seat and tires/wheels/brakes with WD-40

and let it sit
