Was thinking of putting a center stand on my 01 S4 so I can perform maintenance tasks. The only reason I'm willing to drag the extra weight around is I couldn't find a rear/pit stand that allowed me to remove the rear wheel. Does anyone know of one that will?

that's a traditional (double-sided) swingarm. ANY rear stand will allow you to remove the rear wheel.

Many others available, these are saved in my favorites. It all depends how much you want to spend. Or go to your Ducati dealer, they also sell stands.
