M1100 handle bar clamp bolt torque

I did a search but didn't come up with what I need.  I want to rotate the handle bars slightly but I believe in doing things by the book.  I don't have a workshop manual yet.  Can someone give me the torque figures for the brake and clutch lever pinch bolts and also for the handlebar clamp bolts?

Anybody know where I can get the workshop manual?   Either download or purchase the CD, preferably at a discount.  The shop said they don't know when they will be getting them in.
