STM slipper clutches

I would appreciate if someone could explain the difference between the various types of STM slipper clutches. I would like to install one in a Hypermotard and according to STM, there are three models to choose from:

• Evoluzione Ducati Hypermotard
• Evoluzione Racing SBK Ducati Hypermotard
• Original Ducati Hypermotard

Also, what can you tell me about the STM Slave Cylinder?
