Rmp Idle is @ 3000 and wont come down

Went for a ride, All good, Pulled into the drive and the idle speed wouldn't fall below 3000, I gave it a few good rolls and still to high. Pulled into the garage, Killed it and walked away, CAn back a half hour later, I fired it, and Still, I checked the throttle line, nothing wrong, So I turned the throttle by hand @ the inject and it slowed. So, Something is up inside the body. Any Ideas???

Double check the throttle cable isnt hanging. Does the throttle grip return back to where it was before?

If there is a space between the throttle stop screw and the throttle plate either the throttle cable, throttle control of fast idle are hanging up.  If not, check for vacuum leaks.
