Have a Penske w a Hyperpro spring.
The only marking on spring is 550 in silver paint, is that rate? If so, what is that equivalent to in Newtonmeter?
What rider weight is it suitable for?

That should be the rate in lb/in.

550 lb/in is 96 N/mm.

On a hoop-style rear suspension Monster, that's good for about 170 lb rider.
ST-style, about 145 lb rider.
