Do you have to pay tax if you buy a used bike from a dealership? What is a good estimate for insurance on a 696? Also, what are the registration fees for Florida?

You'll get charged tax by the DMV if the dealer doesn't charge you. Can't help with the other ??s.

Get the vin and get an insurance quote, it will be different for different factors. Call the DMV about the fees or look them up online.
