I haven't lost confidence in the bike...I'm just wondering why so few are on the road with a little higher mileage.  I'd like to keep the bike going for a while longer.  I don't really see a reason to get a different one.  I like what I've got and when it's running well, as it has been for a while now, it's hard to imagine an equal replacement.

Cuz you ride a lot, and because you've been willing to pay for big ticket maintenance items when others would have just tossed the bike away and gotten a new one that didn't spew oil and smoke and aural vitrol.

Idk, but if you asked me I'd guess the average mileage for most of the duc owners on here is around 3-4K/year. Yer abnormal.

like others say you can buy 5-8 yo bike with 8k miles on it.. that is why ther are not taht many with upper miles on them, a lot of epople dont' really ride as much as you do.
