I low sided my bike a few weeks ago (ok, maybe  it has been sitting around for more than a month). See thread http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=32098.0

Been trying to find parts for it. Have most of them with the exception of the rearsets..  Any thoughts on what rearsets might be compatible with the 695? I can find copious sources for duc SBK and even motard rearsets but I cant find too many options for the monsters. Any cross compatibility? Im not exactly sure on how the rearsets mount on the diff ducs.

Thoughts?  [moto]

851/888 will work as well as any rearset for any DSS monster.

any thoughts on getting the parts machined? Anyone here have experience using machine shops to do some CNC machining?
Thinking about taking off the rearserts today and taking them to the machine shop to see if they can replicate it down to the T

If you're talking about replicating the stock rearsets, it'll cost a small fortune.

Don't even want to imagine... The materials cost for a couple billet blocks big enough to make replicas of the stockers will run you several hundred... let's not even discuss the per hour on the mills

so.. looks like i might just need the footpeg and the fastening mechanism. the footpeg was ground down and the screw/whatever holds it to the bracket snapped. I can put some heat on the brake pedal and straighten it out. So might not be too expensive. we will find out on monday
