+ sold my house
- didnt sell it in time to buy the new house i wanted
+ didnt have to deal with all the crap at work anymore
- miss my old job in a huge way
+ back in new england, close to the people who matter
- new england winters

pretty much a wash IMO :P
If you drive the nicest car in the neighborhood, work in a cash business, and don't pay taxes, you're either a preacher or a drug dealer...
