A co-worker of mine just decided to pick up and move to Denver. No job, just up and moving and crashing with a friend for a month or two. Very cool!  [thumbsup]  I encourage that type of behavior. She is arriving on the 26th I believe.

I'd like to help her out by giving her a proxy introduction of sorts to some of the cool Denver folk here on the DMF. I know you guys and girls don't drink much (  [roll] ) but perhaps you'd be willing to introduce yourselves at local tavern. She's a cool chick, down to earth, not a moto rider but that could always change.  [evil]

Even better would be if I could give her your email addy so she can start making contacts in her new town. PM if you'd like.

Cheers.  [beer]

A bit more about the new arrival in Denver: She just finished her Business degree and is looking for a entry level position in some type of businessy business (marketing, etc.) And of course since she is moving to a new city temp work is okay as well.

So do you people have a meet up scheduled for any time after the 26th or what?

Thanks a million to those folks who PMed with info.   [thumbsup]

Any new news on the new arrival? (new...  [roll] )

When she gets to town, we can easily have a get-together. It's been a while anyway, so we oughta get a little drunkled together.  :D

Next week (June 3-6) would be the earliest I could get out for a bevvy or 12.  [drink]

Down boy, down.  Don't make me turn on the hose again.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

No news yet. I imagine she's out there by now. I've been stupidly busy as I imagine she has. She has the contact info for several of you. I'll leave it up to her if she wants to use it. You can lead a horse to water . . .

Don't worry. We won't tell her you likened her to a horse. ;)
