I just purchased a 2007 S4RS. I've been searching on here & reading "Suspension 101" for the past hour!
I'm 5' 11" and weigh 220 Lb, geared up. Can anyone give me a good baseline suspension setting for my Ohlins suspension, in plain English, ie. number of clicks, Etc.?
It's so damn cold, I haven't even gotten to ride the bike yet, but I'd just like to get it set up to a good starting point for my weight, for spirited riding, for when I can get out on it.
Thanks!

I couldn't find it either but downloaded it when it first went up.  I can e-mail it to you if you don't find it.  PM me.

sounds like your too heavy for the springs already.

Instead of just wasting your time doing clicks, you should understand it so u can set your own baseline to work with.

theres a bunch of video there about seetting rebound sag dampening etc. i found it very helpful and i spent an hour taking notes and watching it. went to my bike and record what was on there already, and played around with it.
